These rules amend the Wholesale Electricity Market Rules to delay the implementation of a clause, require Network Operators to provide AEMO with data for modelling the SWIS, and address situations where Facility performance data is inadequate. They also classify information provided by Network Operators as System Management Confidential.
Network Operators are affected by the new data provision requirements, and AEMO's System Management is affected by the new powers to request data and direct facility operations. Rule Participants may be directed to operate facilities in a particular manner.
