Workers' Compensation and Injury Management Act 1981

These regulations amend the Workers’ Compensation and Injury Management (Scales of Fees) Regulations 1998. The amendments update the scales of fees for various services, including medical and diagnostic imaging services, aligning them with the Medicare Benefits Schedule.

Workers' compensation insurers and employers will be affected by the changes to the fees payable for medical and diagnostic services. Medical practitioners and diagnostic imaging providers will receive updated fee schedules for services provided to injured workers.
