Workers' Compensation and Injury Management Act 1981

These regulations amend the Workers' Compensation and Injury Management (Scales of Fees) Regulations 1998. They update the scales of fees for various medical services and procedures covered under workers' compensation.

Workers' compensation insurers and employers will be affected by the changes to the fees payable for medical services. Medical practitioners providing services to injured workers will receive adjusted payments.
