Approves City of Gosnells Town Planning Scheme No. 6 Amendment No. 178, extending the operation of the Development Contribution Plan until 30 January 2026.

Reclassifies a portion of Charles Hook Park in Huntingdale from Local Open Space to Residential R25 and no zone.
