F5 Load Balancer Replacement 2026 Project 1 .) The physical delivery of 2 x F5 R5600 Load Balancers to the PTA. 2 .) Assist PTA to configure and implement the new R5600s to PTA requirements. 3 .) Configure F5s distributed cloud load balancer environment for PTA use. 4 .) Assist PTA to migrate/implement PTA internet facing applications into F5s BIG-IP distributed cloud environment. 5 .) Onboard PTA technical staff to the technology, ensuring PTA technical staff are familiar with and can manage the R5600 and Distributed cloud services. 6 .) The renewal of PTAs F5 DNS service. Vendor will provide ongoing helpdesk and technical support details for fault recovery and assistance.
