WA ODPP awarded a $100k contract to Danjoo Business Solutions for IT staff augmentation, including device management and desktop support, via direct sourcing.

The services of a desktop resource to catalogue, prepare, enrol, distribute the new devices, collect and assist with the disposal of the old devices Provide support to the business and technology systems environment, including: · Coordinate and supervise the delivery of timely helpdesk and desktop support services to the ODPP; · Coordinate and conduct basic installation and configuration of computer equipment and software; · Update the Active Directory for user and computer requests to comply with security standards; · Assist and support the Services Manager with basic configuration and operations of network infrastructure and cloud-based services; · Evaluate and review desktop hardware and software to ensure business requirements are met; · Liaise with vendors, contractors and service providers for support and maintenance of IT equipment, as required;
