🏠 Expression of Interest for Common Ground East Perth Property and Tenancy Management Service

Mission Australia Housing secured a $7M contract from WA Housing for East Perth Common Ground property and tenancy management via limited sourcing.

The Housing Authority through the Department of Housing and Works (State Party) is undertaking an Expression of Interest (EOI) process with respect to Property and Tenancy Management (PTM) services for the East Perth Common Ground Accommodation (Common Ground). The State Party is considering entering into a Lease Agreement for the management of the property related services and a Service Agreement for the management of the tenancy related services with the successful Respondent who will provide PTM services at the East Perth Common Ground. The PTM provider will be required to deliver a range of services outlined in the attached draft Lease Agreement and the Service Agreement.

The Department of Housing and Works awarded Mission Australia Housing an estimated $7,023,501 contract for property and tenancy management services through a Limited Sourcing procurement method.
