💻 Provision of an Integrated Talent Management Software Solution

WA's Corruption and Crime Commission procured an integrated talent management software solution from ELMO Software Ltd for $225,500.

In late 2016 the Corruption and Crime Commission (the Commission) endorsed a Strategic Workforce Plan for 2016-2020 and has commenced work across six key strategy areas. The Commission seeks the provision of a turnkey solution though a single prime contractor to provide an integrated Talent Management Software (TMS) solution. The TMS will be the single system that all employees access for on-line Learning (initially for compliance and governance training), Performance, Succession and Employee Onboarding. The TMS will be delivered as four separate modules: Learning, Performance, Succession and Employee Onboarding. The Commission reserves the right to purchase any of the four modules and provides no guarantee that all modules will be purchased.

The Corruption and Crime Commission of WA awarded a contract valued at an estimated $225,500 via a Quotation procurement method to ELMO Software Ltd. Two submissions were received.
