Summary
The Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD) requires Change Management Services to support the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of ICT-enabled projects across its Information Services function, with a focus on ensuring stakeholder engagement, organisational readiness, and successful transition to business-as-usual operations. DPIRD is currently undertaking a transformation program focused on: enhancing customer experience; addressing risks associated with ageing technology platforms; establishing a consistent data management environment; and improving reporting efficiency and service delivery responsiveness. To meet increasing demand and deliver concurrent projects efficiently, DPIRD requires a capable and well-resourced Contractor to bridge existing capability and capacity gaps. A range of medium to large ICT projects are underway or in the pipeline. The Contractor will enable rapid scalability through flexible resourcing during the Term, aligned with business priorities.
