Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake cooling school mechanical services upgrade at the five (5) below nominated sites:

Belmay Primary School Gwynne Park Primary School Kalamunda Primary School Mt Helena Primary School Mundaring Primary School The Work includes but is not limited to the removal of Gas Heaters and Evaporation coolers, and make good of Walls, Floors, Ceilings and Roofs. It also includes the supply and installation of AC units and electrical connections and builders works.
