🏛️ Conservation Management Strategy Costing

WA government awarded Dar Studio a $41,751 contract for heritage conservation costing, involving detailed pricing for maintenance works on heritage sites.

An experienced heritage consultancy team comprising a heritage architect and a quantity surveyor with proven expertise in costing works to heritage places are required to prepare comprehensive pricing information. Drawing on the detailed scope of recommended conservation and maintenance works outlined in each Conservation Management Strategy (CMS), the appointed Contractor, and their nominated sub-contractors, will accurately cost the works according to their assigned priority and provide forecasts for ongoing maintenance requirements.

The Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage awarded a $41,751 fixed-price contract via Limited Sourcing to Dar Studio. Four submissions were received.
