🏫 Valuation and Buildings and Transportables - Review of Policy, Process and Procedures

WA Education Dept contracted Deloitte for $924,670 (est.) to review and improve valuation policies and processes for school buildings and transportables.

To design and facilitate implementation of improved valuation of buildings, school infrastructure and transportables. This will be done in two stages, commencing with policy and process governance development in stage one, followed by data remediation, systems change and management of external revaluation activities in stage two. The extent and scope of the second stage is to be determined more fully and approved at the end of stage one.

The Department of Education awarded a restricted tender contract valued at an estimated $924,670 to Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. Three submissions were received for this procurement.
