🏥 D Block Level 2 Bathroom and Changeroom Refurbishment and Level 1 Bathroom Facilities Creation at Royal Perth Hospital (RPH)

RPH awarded Kwikfit Management a $238,915 contract via Limited Sourcing for D Block bathroom refurbishments and new facilities to improve hygiene and accessibil

East Metropolitan Health Service (EMHS) requires the refurbishment of one (1) existing bathroom and changeroom facility in D Block Level 2 and the creation of new bathroom facilities in D Block Level 1 at Royal Perth Hospital (RPH). These will meet current Hospital standards for hygiene, accessibility and durability. The refurbishment is aimed to improve user experience, infection control and maintenance efficiency, and ensure compliance with relevant healthcare design standards and building regulations. Works will need to be undertaken in two stages with D Block Level 1 new facilities being Stage 1 and D Block Level 2 refurbishment to follow as Stage 2.
