DMPE awarded Tangibility a $89,815 contract via limited sourcing to review its Strategic Communications function, assessing structure and effectiveness.

DMPE seeks a specialist provider to review and assess the structure, functions, and effectiveness of its Strategic Communications team, including activities across business areas, to ensure alignment with the State Government’s priorities and DMPE’s draft Strategic Plan. The provider will consult internal and external stakeholders such as the Minister’s office, peak bodies, Director General, and Executives to evaluate how current communications meet their needs, identify gaps, and recommend changes. The engagement will culminate in a report with findings, recommendations, and a documented Proposal for Change to ensure DMPE’s communications function is fit-for-purpose and responsive to stakeholder expectations.
