🏠 Supply, Delivery and Installation of Whitegoods

WA Housing awarded a $173,998 contract to Harvey Norman Commercial Osborne Park for whitegoods for homeless support housing in East Perth.

The Department of Housing and Works (the Customer) has now completed construction of Common Ground East Perth, 119 Hill Street, East Perth, Western Australia. Common Ground East Perth (CGEP) is a permanent, supportive housing model for people who have experienced chronic homelessness, are sleeping rough or are earning a low income. East Perth Common Ground is a 15 storey building with 112 self-contained and a mix of 1 bedroom and studio apartments of which 56 of these apartments and nominated common areas have been allocated for homeless people and require Whitegoods. Therefore, the Customer has a requirement for the supply, delivery, Free into Store (FIS), and installation of Whitegoods.

The Department of Housing and Works awarded a contract valued at an estimated $173,998 via Limited Sourcing to Harvey Norman Commercial Osborne Park (Harvey Norman Commercial Osborne Park ATF the Lucasan Commercial No. 2 Trust).
