The objective of this Request for Information (RFI) is to obtain market information to support the prioritisation and decision making in relation to “ Horizon 1 ” of DFES’ ICT Modernisation Strategy and Roadmap. Specifically, DFES seeks to:
Identify potential available technology solutions; Understand the range of potential options and approaches for implementation, integration, service delivery, support, and maintenance; Obtain indicative pricing and timelines for delivery; and Identify key risks and consideration in relation to the solution, delivery approaches, commercial framework and functional / technical requirements. This RFI is not a tender process. Responses may inform future solution approaches and tender requirements.
