🗑️ CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW LANDFILL TRENCH ON THE EXISTING BIDYADANGA COMMUNITY LANDFILL FACILITY INCLUDING EARTHWORKS AND DRAINAGE BUNDS & REMEDIATION OF EXISTING TRENCH

WA government awarded Westline Civil Pty Ltd a $649,925 contract for new landfill trench construction and remediation at Bidyadanga Community.

The proposed project is to construct a new landfill trench (costean) in the existing landfill facility located at Bidyadanga community as the existing trench has reached capacity. This project forms part of the capital works program from the Department of Communities (Communities), Remote Essential and Municipal Services (REMS) program funded by the Western Australia State Government. The scope of work for this Request for Tender (RFT) is to complete Work Under Contract (WUC) which includes, but is not limited to the; • Site clearing, grubbing and earthwork; • Installation of drainage bund works around the landfill site at the extent of the firebreak; • Earthworks required to prepare a new Landfill Trench (costean); • Supply and Installation of Signage as detailed in this RFT document, including all appendices.

The Department of Housing and Works awarded a $649,925 fixed-price contract via Open Advertisement to Westline Civil Pty Ltd. Seven submissions were received.
