The METRONET on Swan Ferry Service Expansion program is a program of works which aims to activate Perth’s waterways by expanding the existing Transperth ferry service. The PTA requires the Consultant to complete a self-assessment of the Stage One project under the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (EPBC Act). The Consultant is required to produce a report assessing the project against the Matters of National Environmental Significance Significant Impact Guidelines (Department of the Environment 2013) and relevant Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water (DCCEEW) policy and guidance.
