Business Analyst roles to support the Department of Housing and Works. The roles, assess the business impact including processes and systems, and provide advice and expertise. Build customer relationships and liaise with relevant stakeholders to achieve outcomes. Apply business analysis techniques, including business process reviews and business process mapping. Perform business requirements gathering and assist in the solutions design process, including planning, management, analysis, and managing documentation and communications.

The Department of Housing and Works procured Business Analyst Services for an estimated $286,500 through the CUA CUATPS2024 (Common Use Arrangement for Temporary Personnel Services). The contract was awarded to Talent International.
