Tenders sought for mechanical services upgrades, including new refrigerated air conditioning, at four Perth primary schools.

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education (DOE) are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake cooling schools mechanical services upgrades at the four (4) below nominated sites:

• Coogee Primary School

• Dianella Heights Primary School

• Gosnells Primary School

• Palmyra Primary School

The Work includes but is not limited to removal of evaporation systems and gas heaters and make good of all areas including floors, walls, ceilings and roof finishes. The supply and installation of new refrigerated air conditioning to the DOE Standard Brief, including the requirement for mechanical fresh air to classroom. Minor Building works may also be required.
