💡 Thriving Kids Workforce Action Plan

Consultant hired to develop an implementation action plan for the 'Thriving Kids in WA' initiative, focusing on workforce priorities and capability.

A consultant will be required to: translate the findings of the stage 1 project (workforce scoping report completed by Community Skills WA) into an implementation-focused action plan to support delivery of Thriving Kids in WA identify workforce priorities that can commence within the first 18 months establish longer-term workforce and strategic priorities over a five-year horizon identify opportunities where vocational education, professional development and higher education can better support workforce capability this includes the identified priority focus areas of Aboriginal community-controlled delivery, and peer workforce delivery position WA to respond proactively while national policy and Vocational Education and Training (VET) qualification reform continues.

The Department of Communities awarded a $148,999 (Fixed Price) contract via Limited Sourcing to CSWA (Community Services, Health & Education Training Council inc.).
