Tender description
The Department of Mines, Petroleum and Exploration (DMPE) Abandoned Mines Program (AMP) requires specialist services to support the assessment of combustible mined materials in the Collie region.
The specialist services required will include the following:
Reviewing existing information and scope and conducting a geochemical assessment including sampling and analysis.
Assisting in preparation of permits and enabling activities.
Preparing rehabilitation options, facilitate assessment and selection of a preferred option.
Upon acceptance of the preferred option, the Contractor shall prepare technical specifications for a potential subsequent tender.
The Contractor must note s ite travel to Collie, Western Australia, is required; some travel to Bunbury may be required to enable liaison with the respective Aboriginal Corporation.
