⚽ Sam Kerr Football Centre (Stage 3) - Business Case

WA government awarded Paxon Group a $167k contract for a business case on Sam Kerr Football Centre Stage 3 expansion, including new pitches and facilities.

CITS seeks to engage a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to develop a comprehensive business case for Sam Kerr Football Centre, Stage 3. This stage will investigate the need for, and design options associated with, an additional outdoor soccer pitch, an indoor futsal facility, and associated car parking and ancillary facilities. The business case will assess demand, scope, configuration (including the number of courts and pitches), and complementary infrastructure to support sustainable and high-performance football outcomes.

The Department of Creative Industries, Tourism and Sport awarded an estimated $167,174 contract to Paxon Group (Paxon Consulting Group Pty Ltd as trustee for the Paxon Consulting Group Trust) via the CUA CUAAFA2024 - Audit and Financial Advisory Services Common Use Arrangement.
