The Department of Housing and Works is establishing a new maintenance arrangement, the Maintenance Trade Panel (Statewide), to replace the existing Low Value Maintenance Panel (LVMP) and Service Alliance 2012 (SA12).

The Maintenance Trade Panel (Statewide) will provide maintenance services for govenment's non-residential building assets. The arrangement is structured into two categories:

Category 1: Maintenance Services, including: Breakdown Repairs Routine Maintenance Simple Project Works Category 2: Project Works. Organisations interested in applying are invited to access the Request documentation and submit their tender response through this advertisement.

The arrangement will be procured in stages. This Stage 1 covers the Perth Metropolitan, Peel, South West and Great Southern regions.

The existing SA12 arrangement will remain in place for the Central, Eastern and Northern regions. Opportunities to service these regions will be released in future procurement stages.
