PathWest Laboratory Medicine WA (PathWest) has a requirement for the supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of up to two (2) Immunofluorescence (IF) Slide Processors, accessories, training, and ongoing support and maintenance services. One (1) Processor is required for the Department of Immunology located at the Fiona Stanley Hospital (FSH), Murdoch, and one (1) Processor may be required for QEII Medical Centre (QEII), Nedlands (subject to the approval of funding availability). PathWest is seeking to establish a panel of suppliers for the supply and delivery Free Into Store (FIS) of consumables, reagents, test kits and slides to be used with the IF Slide Processors on an ‘as required’ non-exclusive basis during the Term of the Head Agreement. The resultant contract will comprise of the following categories: Category 1: Immunofluorescence Slide Processors, Accessories, Training, and Support and Maintenance; and Category 2: Consumables, Reagents, Test Kits and Slides.
