🛒 Groceries and Fresh Produce Common Use Arrangement (CUA)

WA Treasury and Finance awarded a $225M CUA for groceries and fresh produce to multiple contractors, replacing an expiring agreement.

The Department of Finance (Finance) wishes to establish a Whole of Government Common Use Arrangement (CUA) for the provision of Groceries and Fresh Produce. CUAGRO2024 will replace the current CUA for Bulk Groceries and Fresh Produce (CUAGRO2019), which is due to expire on 30 June 2025. The new CUA will consist of eight categories of goods as listed below: Category A : Shelf stable, non-perishable and dry goods Category B : Bread and bakery products Category C : Ready-to-drink beverages (non-alcoholic) Category D : Fresh meat, poultry and smallgoods Category E : Frozen meat, poultry, seafood and savoury products Category F : Fruit and vegetables including prepared vegetables Category G : Frozen Fruit and vegetables including prepared vegetables Category H : Dairy products including yoghurt, cheese, milk and eggs

The Department of Treasury and Finance awarded an estimated $225,000,000 contract via Open Advertisement to multiple winning contractors, including Schweppes Australia, Bidfood, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, and Parmalat Australia, among others.
