Tender description
The Fines Enforcement Registry at the Department of the Attorney General (DotAG) is part of the Western Australian Sheriff?s Office and is responsible for issuing enforcement notices for fines imposed by Courts and infringements issued by Prosecuting Agencies in Western Australia. The Fines Enforcement Registry issues some 60 different types of letters and notices. The Fines Enforcement Registry is seeking a suitable organisation to print, collate and dispatch seventeen (17) of these notices and letters. This equates to approximately 1.73 million notices printed annually. This amount is forecast to grow by approximately 2-3% per annum over the next five years. The Sheriff?s Office is also responsible for issuing summons to jury service on behalf of the Courts of Western Australia. The Sheriff?s Office issues approximately 50,000 summonses/letters per annum. There are two types of summons to jury service both of which include a two page duplex information pack and also a letter to an alternate address for those with registered Post Office Box addresses. There are seventeen court locations in Western Australia where jury courts operate. DotAG is seeking a suitable Contractor to provide the following end-to-end services: ? Printing; ? Collating; ? Enveloping; ? Barcoding; ? Delivery to an Australia Post Agent; and ? Postage.
