🏥 Services of a Business Analyst

WA Health contracted Stepchange Pty Ltd for $24,750 for Business Analyst services to support the Outpatient Reform Program and Smart Referrals WA Project.

WA Health is undertaking a strategic Outpatient Reform Program (OPR) to improve access for those most in need of specialist outpatient services. Consistent with the WA Government’s Sustainable Health Review (SHR) Recommendation 11, the OPR aims to improve the outpatient journey for West Australians through more transparent and efficient management processes, empowering primary care decision-making, reducing unnecessary costs to the health system, and providing meaningful health outcomes. The System Flow and Reform Program is a major strategic program initiated at WA Health and will deliver a collection of critical clinical service improvements to improve patient flow, patient safety, and the quality of clinical care across the WA Health System. A key aim is to improve timely access to outpatient services provided at public hospitals. The Smart Referrals WA Project (hereafter, SRWA Project) is a key workstream within OPR that will address this aim. Currently looking for a Business Analyst to help deliver a few workstreams in the Program.

The buyer is Health Support Services, with an original contract value of $24,750 (Fixed Price). The procurement method used was CUA CUAICTS2021 - Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Services Common Use Arrangement (CUA). The winning contractor is Stepchange Pty Ltd (Stepchange Consultants Pty Ltd).
