WA Department of Justice seeks ongoing supply of pork and sheep meat for Karnet Prison Farm's on-site abattoir, with tenders open for one or both meat types.

Karnet Prison Farm requires the on-going supply and delivery for cuts of pork meat and sheep meat both of which will be further processed by the abattoir on site. Respondents will be able to tender to supply and deliver one or both types of meat (pork and/or sheep).

Pork shoulder trim 90CL for a pproximately 700 kg per week, 52 weeks per year.

Pork shoulder boneless, rind on for a pproximately 1,800 kg per week, 52 weeks per year.

Sheep meat:

The sheep meat requirements are estimated to be:

Mutton short loin for an estimated usage over a three-month period is 1, 500 kgs .

Mutton forequarters, square cut for an estimated usage over a three-month period is 3 , 000 kgs.
