WA Department of Communities awarded Planit Test Management Solutions a $195k contract for Test Manager services for the 1HRMS project's SAP and Workforce Softw

The Department of Communities (Communities) is currently nearing completion of the delivery phase for the implementation of the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll modules and Workforce Software Work Management and Job Scheduling functionality. As such, Communities has a requirement to engage specialist Test Management services to lead and support the testing efforts of this large-scale implementation project during the remaining testing phases of the project. These services include the provision of a Test Manager during the User Acceptance Testing, End-To-End Testing and Parallel Run Testing for the project. The Services required will include overseeing testing for the 1HRMS Project, ensuring quality and stability. The requirement of the services will focus on integration, UAT, Parallel Testing, system validation, and issue resolution, delivering strategies to meet business needs. The Contractor’s Specified Personnel (Test Manager) will coordinate all test activities within the project working collaboratively with the 1HRMS management, Implementation Partner and project team.

The Department of Communities awarded a contract valued at an estimated $195,360 to Planit Test Management Solutions (Planit Test Management Solutions Pty Ltd) via the CUA CUAICTS2021 - Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Services Common Use Arrangement (CUA) procurement method. There was only one submission received.
