WA DFES is seeking a contractor for IT Testing Services (DFES251226), covering functional, automation, and potentially non-functional testing.

The Department of Fire and Emergency Services (DFES or the Department) is a Western Australian State Government department, legislated for the responsibility of emergency management across a range of hazards including bushfire, cyclone, severe storm, flood, structure fire and hazardous materials (HAZMAT).

DFES’ Information and Communications Technology Directorate currently includes a Testing Services capability that supports the Directorate activities and the broader organisational needs.

DFES intends to issue a Request for Tender for DFES251226 Testing Services. Through this procurement, DFES is seeking to engage a suitably skilled and experienced Contractor to provide Testing Services to support its operations. DFES is primarily seeking Base Services (Business as Usual) testing for IT solutions, including test management, as well as functional and automation testing capabilities. Non-functional testing and project-based services may also be required on an ad hoc basis.

This is an early notice for an upcoming tender, so no contract value, procurement method, or winning contractor is publicly available yet. The buyer is the Department of Fire and Emergency Services (WA).
