Tender description
The Department of Education, on behalf of the Esperance Senior High School Fram Training Centre (the Centre) , intends to engage a suitably qualified Contracto to provide harvesting services for approximately 400 hectares of broadacre crops during each annual harvest period between 20 October 2026 and 30 January 2029. Harvesting services will require the use of a contractor-supplied combine harvester fitted with a 41 foot (12.5 metre) draper front, or an equivalent fit for purpose alternative. The Contractor will be responsible for supplying all plant, equipment, personnel, fuel, servicing, maintenance, and associated services. Operational coordination, including harvest scheduling and day to day oversight, will be managed by the Centre in consultation with the Contractor. The estimated annual harvesting requirement is approximately 150 operating hours per annum.
