Summary
WA government awarded a $322k contract to DLG Shape for office fit-out enabling works at 34 Stirling Street, Perth, supporting public sector reform.
Tender description
The Office of Major Transport Infrastructure Delivery (OMTID) manages the delivery of major transport infrastructure projects for the State of Western Australia. As part of the 2025 Public Sector Reform, OMTID’s major project planning and delivery expertise will transition into the new Office of Major Infrastructure Delivery (OMID). To accommodate this transition, OMTID staff currently located on Level 1 of 34 Stirling Street, Perth, will be relocated to the ground floor to enable OMID staff to occupy Level 1. This relocation requires fit out works across both the Ground Floor and Level 1 to provide functional, compliant, and safe office environments suitable for the projected occupancy. The Works will include modifications to partitions, ceilings, flooring, lighting, power and communications infrastructure, and other associated fit out requirements as identified in the Specifications.
