DEED awarded Technology One a $5.8M contract for a SaaS Finance Solution, including accounting, procurement, and treasury, via direct sourcing.

Software as a Service ( SaaS ) “out-of-the-box” Finance Solution ( Solution ) with the below capabilities: Management accounting and budgeting; General accounting and reporting; Accounts payable; Procurement / purchasing; Purchase card management; Fixed assets (management and accounting); Treasury (foreign currency transactions with currency tables to convert to AUD with gain or loss); Revenue accounting and Accounts Receivable; and Taxes In addition, the Solution should include Connected Intelligence (Ci) Anywhere to enable enhanced efficiency for remote working and to support an anticipated increase in the number of users through the growth of the Department. The Contractor may also be required to provide training services for DEED staff and a consultancy service on an as-required call-off basis. DEED is also seeking some additional optional integrated modules, which may include: Contracts Management; and Business Analytics for Supply Chain Management There is no guarantee provided that DEED will utilise these optional integrated modules during the Contract Term. The costs for these optional integrated modules will be quarantined during the evaluation process and a separate evaluation and costs analysis undertaken
