💻 Managed Services Under CUAICTS2021

Construction Training Fund awarded Zetta Pty Ltd a $2.5M contract for managed IT services, including infrastructure support, security, and improvement.

The Construction Training Fund sought to engage a suitably qualified and experienced IT and Infrastructure Support Contractor under Category 3 of CUAICTS2021. The Contractor will assume responsibility for the delivery, maintenance, security, and continual improvement of Customer’s ICT environment and services (the ‘Services’). Services must be aligned with ITIL v4 best practices and WA Government ICT policy frameworks. The Services must support the Customer’s operations, deliver a high-quality end-user experience, and meet defined service levels, while remaining scalable and cost-effective for a small agency of approximately 40 staff.

The Construction Training Fund awarded a $2,500,000 (Estimate) contract via the CUA CUAICTS2021 - Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Services Common Use Arrangement (CUA) to Zetta Pty Ltd.
