WACHS seeks AV and videoconferencing suppliers for a panel arrangement to upgrade telehealth and general meeting facilities, replacing legacy systems.

WA Country Health Service (WACHS) requires a panel of suppliers to provide audio-visual (AV) products and services – including videoconferencing – principally to replace legacy assets at its telehealth sites progressively, but also to provide general purpose AV products and services for associated sites such as meeting and conference rooms.

WACHS currently uses a large range of legacy devices, endpoints, configurations, and brands. It is anticipated that the new panel arrangement will not only meet the organisation’s “legacy” requirements in the short term, but also – as WACHS transitions from older to newer AV technologies – cater for the contemporary AV products and services that will appear in the market over the term of the contract.

The proposed panel will operate as a standing offer arrangement (Head Agreement) and orders (Customer Contracts) will made on an “as required” basis. The resulting WACHS panels will be made up of categories that cater for standalone AV equipment (endpoints), installation and configuration services, AV design and professional services, and ongoing support and maintenance.
