💻 Provision of Desktop Support Officer

DHW requires to procure a temporary personnel as Desktop Support Officer to provides responsive technical support for end-users across a Windows based desktop environment, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests in line with ITIL practices. The role involves diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, managing and owning support tickets end to end, and communicating technical solutions clearly to non technical users. Responsibilities include installing, configuring, building and maintaining PCs and laptops, supporting Active Directory and standard office applications, and delivering both remote and on-site assistance. The position also maintains accurate documentation, contributes to knowledge base development, and supprts continuous improvement of ICT processes and service delivery.
