Provision of Grounds and Garden Maintenance for North Metropolitan TAFE Campuses.North Metropolitan TAFE (NMTAFE) is seeking to establish a contract with suitably qualified and experienced Contractor(s) to undertake the gardening and ground maintenance services at NMTAFE 9 campuses. Scope requirements include but are not limited to: ? Lawn maintenance; ? Garden bed maintenance; ? Maintenance of oval and building surrounds, atria / courtyards (internal and external), quadrangles, childcare play areas; ? Supply and application of mulch, top dressing, fertilisers, pesticides, weedicide and herbicides; ? Maintenance of reticulation equipment (excluding bores, pumps); ? Pruning of trees, plants, etc.; ? Maintenance of un-established and natural bush areas (specific exclusions excepted); ? General site cleaning; ? Maintenance of indoor plants; ? Waterwise garden advisory service; and ? Horticulture and arboriculture advisory service to set, apply and achieve best practice in standards and procedures.

North Metropolitan TAFE awarded an estimated $4,321,141 contract via Open Advertisement to GLG GreenLife Group Pty Ltd, Oliver's Lawn & Landscaping Pty Ltd, and Workpower (Workpower Inc) for grounds maintenance services.
