🏢 Evaluation of arrangements to prevent and manage bullying across a sample of Western Australian public authorities.

PSC contracted KPMG for $142,227 to evaluate bullying prevention and management in WA public authorities, including a report and employee questionnaire.

The Public Sector Commission (PSC) is seeking an experienced contractor to conduct a comprehensive evaluation in a sample of Western Australian public authorities of the following: 1. arrangements to prevent bullying 2. arrangements to manage bullying incidents when they occur 3. the time taken to manage bullying cases. The contractor will be required to: (i) prepare a report of the evaluation. The report is to include observations, examples of good practice and recommendations for improvements in public authorities based on the objectives stated in Schedule 2 - specification/statement of requirements (ii) develop and provide a questionnaire for the PSC to assist public authority employees identify and take appropriate action in regard to bullying behaviour.

The Public Sector Commission awarded a $142,227 fixed-price contract via Restricted Tender to KPMG IPG (KPMG Corporate Finance (Aust) Pty Ltd).
