💰 Racing, Gaming & Liquor - Licensing and Compliance System
Summary
WA government awards $17.5M contract to Capgemini and Salesforce for Racing, Gaming & Liquor licensing and compliance system, with 18 submissions.
Tender description
The Department of Local Government, Industry Regulation and Safety (LGIRS) requires a state-based Licensing and Compliance Solution for its Racing, Gaming and Liquor (RGL) directorate. LGIRS has a preference to procure a Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) solution, to be delivered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model, that will support the Western Australian Government’s intentions and LGIRS's strategic direction for the RGL sector. However, LGIRS will also consider other Cloud Platform solutions if they achieve value for money for the State. Regardless, the solution should primarily meet LGIRS's functional requirements with minimal customisation.
