🏗️ DBCA East Kimberley, Kununurra Office Extension

DBCA awarded a $1.94M contract to Kullarri for an office extension in Kununurra, East Kimberley, to support new staff and joint management of the Miriuwung Gaje

The East Kimberley District is approaching gazettal of the new, Miriuwung Gajerrong (MG) joint managed and joint vested Conservation Estate. The East Kimberley District has identified the need for capital investment to provide adequate office space for additional staff and accommodate additional joint management and stakeholder meetings. The request for works is offered as a lump sum tender and includes the extension/connection to an existing office block, as detailed in the attached drawings and specifications. The new office extension will be located at the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions Depot, 248 Ivanhoe Road in Kununurra WA. Construction is anticipated to be completed within 26 weeks from possession of site.

The Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions awarded a fixed-price contract worth $1,941,332 via an Open Advertisement procurement method to Kullarri. There were 2 submissions received.
