Tender description
The intent of the Scope of Works is to undertake bulk earthworks and minor roadworks for the Yanchep Rail Extension project. Notwithstanding the details as shown on the Drawings and described within the Specifications and this Scope of Works, the Contractor shall carry out all the incidental works which are necessary or inferred, whether detailed or described or not, to achieve the intent of this Scope of Works. Works extend north from Butler Station to the proposed Eglinton Station at Pipidinny Road. This project includes the supply of all materials, plant and labour for the execution of the works as specified and shown on the Drawings, and generally comprising the following, but not limited to: Removal of rubble/rubbish; Bulk earthworks for the future rail extension, haul roads, stockpile areas and compounds areas; Survey, clear, form and supply materials for haul roads and roadworks construction; Sweeping and making site tidy; and All other work indicated or implied in the Drawings or in the Specifications.
