🚧 Midvale SpeedDome Car Park and Paving Repairs Works

VenuesWest awarded WCP Civil Pty Ltd a $135,178 contract for Midvale SpeedDome car park and paving repairs, addressing root damage and general wear.

The project work for Carpark Upgrading at our Midvale Speedome carpark site. The carparks is surrounded and shaded by trees and over the past 30 years the trees have grown significantly with the roots causing damage to the mountable kerbs, asphaltic pavement, and pavers. Potholing has also occurred. The scope of works includes but not limited to: spot repairs to kerbs and pavement; pot holes repairs, crack sealing of joints using a rubberized bitumen of joints; removal of existing surfaces, root pruning within (under the direction of an arborist- Contractor to engage); kerb reconstruction; resurfacing works with a mixture of asphaltic concrete (AC) and 2 coat chip seal; Incorporation of grass reinforcement/unreinforced grid into the grass resurfacing; Footpath works; Landscaping works; Drainage works; and Construction of Driveway crossin Please see attached Tender doc for full scope of works.

VenuesWest awarded a fixed-price contract valued at $135,178 via a Restricted Tender process to WCP Civil Pty Ltd. Three submissions were received.
