Tender description
Service of a Solution Architect HSS requires the services of a Solution Architect for the Clinical Incident Management System (CIMS) Project and Relocation of Peel Community Mental Health Services (PCMHS) Project. The candidate must have demonstrated experience in a Solution Architect role. The Solution Architect will act as the primary point of coordination for technical input into the solutions designs, ensuring alignment to whole of system standards, practices, and governance procedures. Expected tasks and activities will include: • Provide architectural advice to program leadership and key stakeholders as required in support of the development and delivery of clinical services and related capabilities. • Capture, analysis, and presentation of the technology requirements for the program(s). • Develop and deliver the architectural strategy and key artefacts including concept, high level and ‘as built’ for the program(s). • Advocate on behalf of the business and the program(s) to technical stakeholders, and direct and assure the work of technical vendors. • Drive architectural conversations and compliance with the Health Architecture Reference Framework. • Ensure alignment of activities with those specified by the Enterprise Architecture Office of WA Health. • Provide regular status reporting and risk evaluation of the program from an architectural perspective. • Delivery of other services as required under the HSS ICT Service Catalogue (such as maturity assessments, roadmap, or strategy development).
