💰 Valuation of WAPC Regional Open Space Buildings and Infrastructure

WA government awarded a $41,800 contract to Independent Valuers of WA for regional open space asset revaluation.

Every three years, an independent and licensed valuer is required to undertake a revaluation of the WAPC regional open space building and infrastructure assets in order to meet the Australian Accounting Standards requirements and the Departments Accounting Policies. Accordingly, the Department requires an independent and licensed valuer to undertake these services.

The Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage awarded a $41,800 fixed-price contract via Restricted Tender to Independent Valuers of WA (Independent Valuers of Western Australia Pty Ltd). Only one submission was received.
