Tender for Swan River Ferry Service Expansion at Matilda Bay, including landside infrastructure for electric ferries, amenities, and road improvements.

Background Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Public Transport Authority (PTA) for Transperth are seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Swan River Ferry Service Expansion works at Matilda Bay.

PreRequisite It is a prerequisite for the experienced qualified Contractor to;

Detail any pre-requisite requirements et. Building licence, asbestos licence Scope of Works The Work includes but is not limited to the delivery of all landside infrastructure required to enable future electric ferry operations, encompassing the relevant charging systems, a new public amenities space, associated utility and services upgrades, landscaping, as well as major road and public ? realm improvements including new intersections, pedestrian connections, bus facilities and car park modifications together with the coordinated incorporation of public art and approved signage to create a functional and safe precinct.

Tenderers shall make themselves familiar with the existing site conditions, the specifications, drawings and all Contract documentation. All measurements and details shown on drawings or other documents (if any) are to be confirmed by Tenderers prior to submission of their tender.

All materials and installation shall be supplied and be in accordance with Australian Standards and all codes and regulations relevant to the Scope of Work contained herein.

The buyer is Programmed Facility Management, acting on behalf of the Public Transport Authority (PTA). The procurement method is a tender, and the contract value and winning contractor are not yet public.
