INROADS is a therapeutic court program led by the Department of Justice providing wrap around supports for young people aged 10-17 years old who are facing a term of detention. T he Health Navigator Pilot Program (HNPP) model is being applied to INROADS with experienced Health Navigators to support this cohort to have health needs assessed and referrals navigated. Department of Health has engaged Wungening Aboriginal Corporation to provide holistic and culturally appropriate counselling services and supports to Aboriginal children in the INROADS program.
