Subject matter expertise and hands-on support to rapidly establish the Mt Lawley Hospital Commissioning & Transition Program in two defined tranches: 1) by end of December 2025, and 2) by end of January 2026, building on initial work to date. Background: On 6 November 2025 the WA Government has announced its intention to purchase Mt Lawley Hospital from St John of God Health Care (SJOG HC), to increase capacity within the public health system. EMHS is leading the rapid build and delivery of a Commissioning & Transition program to enable the handover of MLH from SJOG HC to EMHS in 2026.
