Appointment of mrs sonya criddle as a member to the perinatal and infant mortality committee under section 340ab(3)(j) of the health (miscellaneous provisions) act 1911 is approved for a term of three years commencing on the date of appointment. The reappointment of dr disna abeysuriya as a member to the perinatal and infant mortality committee under section 340ab(3)(h) of the health (miscellaneous provisions) act 1911 is approved for a term of three years commencing on the date of appointment.
