The appointment of Dr Steven Michael Resnick as a member to the Perinatal and Infant Mortality Committee under section 340ab(3)(d) of the Health (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1911 is approved for a term of three years commencing on the date of appointment. The appointment of Dr Warren Andrew Thyer as a member to the Perinatal and Infant Mortality Committee under section 340ab(3)(f)(ii) of the Health (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1911 is approved for a term of three years commencing on the date of appointment.
